When can I book?
We host guests in July and August. Send us your dates now and we will hold your request; online booking with secure card payment opens in January 2027.
How much does it cost?
The direct rate is $1,250 a night with a 5-night minimum. You will see the full price, with every fee and tax, before you pay. Booking direct means no booking-site service fee.
How many people can stay?
Up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms plus a den with a king-size sofa bed. It fits two families or a small reunion comfortably.
Are pets welcome?
Yes. Your first pet stays free, and each additional pet is $100 per stay.
How far is it from Shediac and Parlee Beach?
About 20 minutes to Shediac and 26 minutes to Parlee Beach. Bouctouche is 8 minutes away and the Moncton airport is 30 minutes.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
Where exactly is the house?
On a private 5-acre lot in Cocagne, New Brunswick. We share the exact address once your booking is confirmed.
